共享itacad配置文件相关设置说明

关于itacad.ini文件的功能，在之前的文章《

Smart3D软件中dwg格式转换配置文件ItaCAD.ini简介》中，做过相关内容的介绍。

这个操作上比较繁琐，可能因为权限等原因，覆盖或者修改时也有稍微麻烦些。

对于管理人员来讲，这种方式减少了一些工作量。
