坡度管建模校验控制功能

在建模操作时，有人会发现当管道的坡度小于一定数值时，软件会自动将管道强制水平。

这个功能设置上来讲，主要是避免因为定位操作不准而导致一些模型误差。通过自动水平的修正，减少模型中的问题。

但是有时需求上来讲就是需要某些坡度的管道，我们就受到了软件的限制。可以通过修改下图中相关注册表值进行阈值的设定。通常情况，默认值为0.5。下图中，已经修改为了0.05。
